Do I have to own my own lot to build a Hansen Homes?
No. Hansen Homes will help you locate a lot with our lot location assistance program. Then the price of the land can be rolled into the total loan amount. Just let Hansen Homes know where you want to build and you will be provided with a list of lots that qualify for construction in your chosen area. Remember that Hansen Homes current $99,900 special already includes the lot.

Do I have to already be pre approved by a lender to contract a Hansen Home?
No. Hansen Homes works with many qualified profssional lending institutions to assist you in finding a lending program that perfectly fits your needs. For an answer within 24 hours, fill out the PREQUALIFY form on our website and a sale representative will contact you to dicuss your options.

How long is the contruction process?
Currently (February 2008) The Construction process is approximately 4 months or less.

Can I make changes to the floor plans?
Contact your Hansen Homes Sals Representative and let them know what changes you would like to make. They will try to accommodate your needs the best way that they can and they may have additional suggestions for your changes.

What features does Hansen Homes offer that other builders do not?
Hansen HOmes includes features such as lighted fans and fixtures in all rooms of our homes as well as irrigation systems and screened lanai's (when applicable) as standard features. We also provide dimensional shingles in all of our lfiestyles series homes. Well and Septic systems, impact fees, lot prep (for qualified lots) and all permit fees are included as well.

Does Hansen Homes offer additional features as upgrades?
